Bonnaroo 2025 Canceled After Rains Flood Festival Grounds In Tennessee

The 2025 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee, was canceled at 7:30 p.m. local time on Friday (June 13) due to severe weather conditions, following an evacuation notice issued to attendees earlier that day. The festival made the official announcement on social media, writing: “Today, the National Weather Service provided us with an updated forecast with significant and steady precipitation that will produce deteriorating camping and egress conditions in the coming days. We are beyond gutted, but we must make the safest decision and cancel the remainder of Bonnaroo.” Organizers emphasized the priority of ensuring the safety of campers and festivalgoers, while they outlined refund details for tickets and parking passes. “We have put our hearts and souls into making this weekend the most special one of the year, and cannot express how crushed we are to have to make this decision.”

Bonnaroo’s Thursday night shows went off without a hitch, and featured performances by Luke Combs, Dom Dolla, Insane Clown Posse, and Markus King. Friday night’s scheduled headliners were Tyler, The Creator, John Summit, and Glass Animals, while Saturday’s lineup was topped by Olivia Rodrigo, Avril Lavigne, and Justice, and Sunday would have wrapped up with headliners Hozier, Vampire Weekend, and Queens of the Stone Age.
