Time to get ready for the Super Bowl!

With the matchup between the Rams and the Patriots decided, it’s time to get ready for the biggest sporting event of the year this week – Super Bowl LIII!

Offers.com looked into NC’s trends to see our unique traditions this football season.

North Carolina’s Top Super Bowl Trends

  • When choosing a venue to watch the big game, TV size and sound quality are far less important in North Carolina. People (33%) and food (29%) are the dealbreakers.
  • North Carolina’s favorite Super Bowl food is meat & wings (29%)
  • 15% of North Carolina’s consumers are planning to drop more than $150 on beer and alcohol for the big game.
  • In North Carolina, men viewers are most interested in the game (42%). However, women prefer the halftime show (34%)
  • Nationwide, beer reigns as the game-viewing drink of choice. But not in North Carolina. 31% chose soda, followed by beer (16%).
