Governor Roy Copper held a press conference Tuesday afternoon to announce a change to NC Covid-19 reopening guidance. Starting Friday October 2nd North Carolina’s large outdoor venues will be able to open at 7% capacity. For example under the new guidance, Carter-Finley Stadium can hold 4,031, Wallace Wade can hold 2,800 and Kenan Memorial Stadium can hold 3,570. Gov. Cooper also announce more funding for area small businesses.
