You’ll be able to see sunflowers this year at Dix Park!

Hopes that the sunflowers will be in full bloom before SunFest on July 14. Planned for 2pm to 7pm, SunFest will include live music, arts and crafts, performance artists, vendors and food trucks at the Flowers Fields, at 2105 Umstead Drive. The actual field of sunflowers, though, is off of Hunt Drive near the soccer fields.

Food trucks are cooking up special menu items that you can only find at SunFest! Come dine at Sarge’s Chef, Curry in a Hurry, Gussy’s Greek, Rare Earth Farms, Poblano’s Taco, Lumpy’s Ice Cream, and Cocoa Forte! Trophy Brewing and Bull City Cidery will be pouring their brews.
