Creamy Baked Brie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 8oz wheel brie
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup fig jam or 1 fresh fig, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- crackers or bread (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place an unwrapped brie wheel on it.
- Bake in the oven until cheese is soft, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey and fig jam (optional: place figs on top).
- Garnish the baked brie with walnuts and rosemary.
This brie is best served with fresh fruit, toasted baguette slices, dried fruit, crackers, and nuts!
