Too Much Christmas Music Can Drive You Crazy

Christmas music may be all around, but don’t listen to too much of it!

Psychologist Linda Blair has found that too much Christmas music can be maddening. People who work at retail shops are especially prone to this and its causing them to feel “less festive”.

“People working in the shops at Christmas have to learn how to tune out Christmas music, because if they don’t, it really does stop you from being able to focus on anything else,” Blair said in an interview with Sky News. “You’re simply spending all of your energy trying not to hear what you’re hearing.” Read more via alternet.org
