Long, lean, and elegant, Junie carries herself with quiet confidence—even when the shelter feels a little overwhelming. She walks past other dogs with her head held high, happily staying close to her person for reassurance. Junie greets people with a happy tail wag, takes treats politely, knows “sit,” and makes the sweetest little chirpy sounds when she’s excited. She’s incredibly observant, always taking in the world around her, though fetch hasn’t won her over yet. She may not always have the quickest problem-solving skills, but her affectionate, easy-to-engage personality more than makes up for it. In playgroups, she keeps to herself and seems nervous around other dogs. If you have other dogs at home, she will likely need slow introductions to help her feel comfortable.
Junie is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
