Ingredients
- 5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of the watermelon)
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for “watermelon seed” effect)
Instructions
1. Blend the Watermelon
Add the watermelon, lime juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Add the “Seeds”
If using chocolate chips, stir them into the blended mixture after blending.
3. Fill the Molds
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
4. Insert Sticks
Place the popsicle sticks into the molds according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Freeze
Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
6. Unmold and Serve
Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Enjoy immediately.
