Meet Luke: A Big, Beautiful Boy with an Even Bigger Heart

One look into Luke’s gorgeous, expressive eyes and you’ll be completely smitten. This three-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier is equal parts athlete, comedian, and cuddle buddy — and he’s ready to find his forever family.

The Fun Side

Luke is a tennis ball enthusiast and bone connoisseur who will nudge your hand until you toss one more throw. He’s strong, spirited, and loves a good play session — so he’d thrive with an active household and older kids (teens and up) who can match his energy.

The Sweet Side

Don’t let that athletic build fool you. Luke melts into the gentlest kisses and will happily curl up beside you once playtime winds down. He’s also impressively smart — he already knows “sit,” “paw,” and “down,” and he’s eager to add to his repertoire.

Good to Know

Luke is food-motivated (read: highly bribable for training!) but will need a little supervision around mealtimes. If you have cats at home, slow and steady introductions are recommended. As with any pet, supervision between animals and children is always encouraged.

Luke is up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention, neutered, and microchipped — he’s ready to go home.
