Hi, I’m Chicago! My foster mom says I’m the absolute best first foster ever. I’m a goofy, medium-low energy, gentle girl who really just wants one thing: someone to cuddle with all day and night.
I love to sniff, explore, and take long walks. I may need some additional leash etiquette, but overall my foster mom calls me an easy walker. I don’t bark unless I really have to use the bathroom. I’m crate trained, although I would prefer to sleep with you. I’m so good that I keep the house clean at night!
Tug of war is my favorite game. Honestly, it’s the only game I play. I intensely growl during play, but it’s all in good fun! I’m not a chewer, so your furniture is safe with me. I promise! I’m great in the car, and I already know several commands like: sit, paw, lay down, wait, and speak.
I’m extremely human-friendly, but still a little unsure of other dogs. I may need some confidence-building along with slow introductions. Other than that, I’m ready to bring love, laughter, and loyalty into my forever home!
Chicago is already spayed and up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and is ready to go home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
