Rolling Loud Australia 2026 has been called off just days before it was due to take place in Sydney and Melbourne.
In a statement posted to its social channels, Rolling Loud said its local partner, Primuse Entertainment, missed critical payment deadlines and related obligations. The festival said the delays left it without the guarantees needed to finalize the event so close to showtime, adding it would not compromise the safety or experience of fans, artists, or vendors.
The hip hop festival had been scheduled as two one day events, March 7, 2026 at Centennial Park in Sydney and March 8, 2026 at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne. Organizers said all ticket purchasers will be entitled to refunds, with further details to come through the event organizer and official ticketing partners.
Primuse Australia later said it was aware of the reports and was in discussions with Rolling Loud, with an official update to follow via its channels.
