In Kansas City, Frank Sereno, was fed up with the number of potholes on the streets, and the city not fixing them.
So what did he do to get their attention? He threw a birthday party!
He put a cake with a candle on a 3-month-old pothole on his street, then posted the photo to Facebook.
The city must’ve noticed because it was filled days later.
