Durham Parks and Recreation offers a summer series that includes concerts and movies in a beautiful setting – Durham’s parks.

Come out to Duke Park located at 106 W. Knox Street on June 8th from 6pm – 8pm to see the Dwayne Jordan Quartet featuring Marvin Thorne.

Dwayne Jordan is a percussionist, arranger, and composer from Charlotte, North Carolina. As a child, he was heavily influenced by rhythm and blues, gospel, hip-hop and jazz; which developed his passion for music.

Grab your friends and family and sit back, relax and groove to the music! This is a FREE event! Food vendors will be on site and food will be available for purchase.
