He was released on bond the following day, with his attorneys claiming the arrest was unjust and a result of aggressive policing by Atlanta’s Crime Suppression Unit. Wave has faced previous legal issues in Georgia earlier this year, including charges of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit a felony, and a separate battery charge.
