Lil Nas X recently joined Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” to discuss new music, a self-authored children’s book, and the time that he and Lizzo had the time of their lives at a strip club.

The 21-year-old rapper shared that after bagging 2 Grammy Awards at the 2020 event, he accompanied Lizzo to a strip club to enjoy a celebratory afterparty, during which “they were playing our songs and stripping. It was a crazy night.”

The young artist also spoke about his upcoming effort, on which he has been working for nearly 2 years; “It’s about all the things I’ve been experiencing, like pre-fame and after and what I expect to be experiencing,” he shared.

The as-yet-untitled record is slated to arrive sometime this year.
