J. Cole joined Drake during the Toronto rapper’s “It’s All a Blur” tour stop at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada, last Friday.

In the absence of 21 Savage, Drake welcomed Cole to the stage by way of apology to his fans.

During his brief appearance, Cole and Drake performed their 2014 collaboration “No Role Modelz” before Cole performed a short solo set of his own tracks, including “Wet Dreamz” and “Middle Child.” He also covered Savage’s track “A Lot.”

21 Savage, who is co-headlining the tour with Drake, was not scheduled to appear at the stops in Canada.
