Hi… my name is Sam! I’m a mixed-breed labrador who is about 5-and-a-half years old, weighs 60.5 pounds, is heartworm negative, healthy, and happy as can be. I’m in foster care because my owner got sick and couldn’t take care of me anymore, which makes me sad. However I’m full of love for my foster parents and two foster sister dogs, but I don’t really like cats—because I got scared by one when she hissed and swatted at me.
I love playing and being with everyone and enjoy long walks. I’d really love jogging, if you’re into that. I’m easy-going, a quick learner (I already know ‘paw’, ‘sit’ and mostly know ‘stay’), and I’m completely house trained. You can trust me if you have to leave home, but I like it better when you’re with me. We’ll be great friends, I know it!
